It’s teacher appreciation week and there are so many fun, simple ways to let your teacher know how much you care. Luckily, I have put together quite a few ideas for gifts over the years. This year we wanted to treat our teachers with something sweet. We loved the idea that they could enjoy this gift with their families at home. Here is what we did for our “Here’s the Scoop” Teacher Gift.
What you need for an Ice Cream Gift:
- Basket
- Ice Cream Cones (DIY Ice Cream Cone Sleeves)
- Hot Fudge
- Carmel Sauce
- Sprinkles
- Gummy Bears, M&Ms, Marshmallows, Chocolate Chips, anything else you love to top your ice cream with.
- Ice Cream Cone Plates
- Napkins
- Ice Cream Cups
- Wooden Spoons
This gift is so easy to put together. First I placed the plates, bowl and napkins in the basket. I wrapped a few ice cream cones with my DIY Ice Cream Cone sleeves and then tied them up in a cellophane bag. We individually wrapped some of our favorite Ice Cream toppings in little bags as well. Then, I tucked in a jar of hot fudge/caramel sauce and sprinkles. Finally, I printed off a gift tag that read “Here’s the Scoop. You are the best!” and tied it to the basket.
Simple + Sweet. Just the way I like my ice cream!
