If you are looking for a fun new treat to surprise the kids with, these colorful Crispy Treats made with Fruit Loops are super yummy. My rainbow loving girls get a kick out of these. We made Fruit Loop Cereal Bars for Evie’s Pancakes and Pajamas party as a fun “Breakfast Themed” treat (stay tuned for that post). I thought it would be fun to remake for St. Patrick’s Day this year. The leprechauns went wild in the kitchen and made Rainbow Crispy treats recipe for the kids.
How to make rainbow crispy treats recipe:
- 4 Tablespoons of Butter
- 12 oz. Mini Marshmallows
- 7 cups of Fruit Loops
Melt Butter and Mini Marshmallows together. Stir frequently. Once melted pour over fruit loops. Mix well and spread into a casserole dish. I used a 9×7 dish. Optional: Sprinkle with extra marshmallows. Let sit and firm up and then cut into squares.
This is a great recipe to make with the kids!
